(Delivery Time)

Delivery time is 12 pm - 8 pm

If the delivery cannot be made on the delivery day due to failure to contact the customer, we will reschedule the delivery for the next day. If still fail to contact the customer or arrange delivery on the next day, it will be deemed to have given up the order, and Lassana Hong Kong will not make any guarantee.

(Weather Arrangements)

If Typhoon Signal No. 3 or below, Amber, Red or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, delivery service will operate as usual. If Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is issued, service will be suspended immediately. Customers should pay attention to the announcement of the Hong Kong Observatory.

When typhoon signal 8 is lowered or removed, delivery service will resume business in 2 hours, except the below conditions, 

1. Delivery services will keep closing if typhoon signal 8 is lowered at or after 4:00 pm.

2. Delivery services will keep closing if typhoon signal 8 is lowered within 3 hours before the end of offices hours (6:00 pm).
